The objective for this project was to eliminate the stress associated with the overwhelming selection of finishes and furnishings offered when building a new home. To accomplish this goal, the project was planned from an overall perspective to create a connectedness and flow as well as including unique and personal touches in every room.
Finishes such as carpet and tile were selected throughout the home for their timelessness and neutrality while furnishings provided an opportunity to reflect individual needs and style. Functionality in addition to the principles of design such as scale and proportions were considered in the planning of this space.
Furnishings including artwork, lighting, and accessories with strategically appointed patterns, colors, and textures provided the elements to achieve a balanced and harmonious environment with unique points of interest.
